Who we are

This website is operated by My Backyard Sports, LLC, trading as Custom Pole Pads, of 570 Piermont Rd, Ste 125, Closter, NJ 07624. You can reach us at corporate@mybackyardsports.com or 917-546-4625.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form and send to us. On the quote request form that is your name, organization, email address, telephone number, the details of the project you describe, and any files you choose to attach.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cross-site tracking pixels on this site. We do not set cookies for marketing purposes.

Why we collect it

To prepare and send you a quote, to answer your question, and to fulfil an order if you place one. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the service providers we need in order to operate: our website host, and the email service that delivers form submissions to our inbox. Those providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose it otherwise only where the law requires it.

Artwork you send us

Logos, mascots and brand files you upload stay yours. We use them to produce your proof and your order. We do not use a customer's artwork in our own marketing, on this website, or in a gallery without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Quote correspondence and order records are kept for as long as we need them to service the account and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email corporate@mybackyardsports.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour those too.

Children

This is a business-to-business website for facility equipment. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us payment card numbers, bank details or government identification numbers through the website form.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version always lives at https://custompolepads.com/privacy-policy.
