What we need from you
Measure
Square posts get all four faces measured independently. Round posts get a tape around the circumference, divided by 3.14, rounded up if the answer lands between sizes. Wall runs need total length, the height you want covered, and a note of anything mounted in the way. Add a photo and we can usually confirm the part without a second round of email.

Specify
Colour from the stock wall, indoor or outdoor build, and for wall panels whether the job genuinely needs plywood backing or whether foam-only is the right answer. We will tell you when the cheaper option is the correct one, because a panel that is over-specified for a flat wall costs you money and buys nothing.
Materials and constructionWhere custom orders live or die
Proof
If the order is printed, we return a proof showing your artwork at real scale on the actual pad size. Nothing is cut until you approve it in writing. This step exists because a custom pad made to approved artwork cannot be returned for a change of mind, and a proof is far cheaper than a remake.

Build
Cut, wrapped and stitched to your dimensions. Stock configurations generally move in two to three business days. Custom printed work takes longer, and how much longer depends on the configuration and the season. Your quote carries a specific lead time rather than a shrug, and if that date comes under pressure we tell you before it slips, not after.
How it reaches the floor
Ship or install
Freight anywhere in the lower 48. Pole pads wrap and close on themselves, so most facilities fit them without a contractor. Wall padding is more involved because it has to be mounted and set at the correct height off the floor. In our crew markets we handle that ourselves.

How long does a custom pole pad order take?
Stock configurations generally ship in two to three business days. Custom printed orders take longer because artwork has to be proofed and approved first, and that approval usually sits with someone else. Every quote we send carries a specific lead time rather than a range.
Can I change the artwork after I approve the proof?
Not once production has started, because the material has already been cut and printed to your approved file. Before that point, changes are straightforward. This is exactly why we hold production until written approval rather than assuming silence means yes.
What if the pad does not fit when it arrives?
Padding is built to the measurements you supply, so a fit problem usually traces back to the numbers. That is why we ask for all four faces of a square post and a photograph. If we got it wrong, we fix it. If the measurements were wrong, a remake is chargeable.
Do you need payment before production?
For institutional buyers we work against a purchase order issued to a current quote, and we can supply a W9 for vendor setup. Terms for other orders are set out on the quote itself. Tell us what your accounts team needs and we will format it to suit.
